ya defiantly fresh fruit juice and salad is such a help full during your weight loose. but you also has do regular exercise for weight loose.
What keeps me going is finding things I enjoy. If I dont like a certain exercise, I dont do it I find another form of exercise and I keep trying different kinds of exercise until I start enjoying one of them. For food, I learned to cook. I tried huge amounts of flavours and spices, techniques and recipies, until I found healthy food that I really enjoy.
From a psychological perspective, weight loss works the best when the goal isnt weight loss, if that makes any sense. If you make your goal "I will be as healthy as I can. I love myself and I will take care of myself," then you will stick to that goal for longer than "I will lose x pounds" because your goal is positive meaning you are adding something good rather than negative meaning taking away something bad.
ETA: The good/bad postive/negative things work differently for different people, I was just stating a common theory.
I wish you luck with your health I am also trying to get more healthy and it can be really hard on your own.
If you make your objective "I will be as healthier as I can. I really like myself and I will manage myself," then you will adhere to that objective for more time than "I will reduce x pounds" because your objective is excellent significance you are including something excellent rather than adverse significance getting away something bad.
