Hi guys. I'm a 17 year old girl, 5'4", in the 11th grade and I really want to gain weight and become a little more thicker and full.
I've always been at least ten lbs lower than the average weight.
I've been told to not be worried and I'm honestly not worried about my health at all. I actually have a fast metabolism.
But that's not my concern, my reasoning pertains more to vanity than necessity.
You see, I exercise everyday and I've toned up a lot.
My main issue is that when I exercise all I can get is a whole lot of skinny muscle.
One good thing is that my abdominal area and my triceps are carved up.
I think it looks nice, but the other things is that my bicep area can barely tone up since there's no fat to convert into muscle and it looks scrawny.
