Seems to be same issue as with FF 5.0. No integration after installation of FF 6.0. (Re)enabling FF in Preferences does not help.

Yes....... Me too. Why is it taking so long? And it does not integrate with Pale Moon 6.0 as well. Pls fix it fast. It is frustrating because i'm addicted to orbit especially Get-it feature.

Is the Orbit downloader project dead? There has not been updates for a long while, and we have gone through two versions of Firefox already. Very sad!

Yes,....me 6 ! we urgently need Orbit to integrate with Firefox 6. We absolutely need the "get-it" feat to work again ! Orbit is such a good DL app !

I have the same question... Orbit downloader is dead? Please fix it with firefox 6 and notice that firefox 7 will move in relase version the 27th of September... Are you waiting directly for the firefox 7??? Please some developer post an answer to all this request...

Hello,
it is possible to use "Get it" feauture downloading "Add-on Compatibility Reporter" ...
Done this, go to Add-on in Firefox Tool Menu, Click on extensions, activate Add-on Compatibility Reporter.
To take effect you must restart firefox. Go another time in Extensions and activate "OnClick Youtube Downloader".
Restart Firefox.
Yuo will notice a javascript error. This is the only problem (so I believe). Now you are able to use "Get It" function.

Firefox 5 is creating no problem, but I didn't upgrade to 6, as heard that it is unstable.

The late version of firefox is not compatible with orbit and it is automatically disabled with that status. Thats why orbit downloader is not working anymore with these later versions. How about the authors orbit can they do they do something with these problems?

I haven't used firefox 6.0 but you can use another version of firefox, it is available on internet as free on www.download.com

DiamantiFritti already posted the answer to this below. If you add the Add-on Compatibility Reporter add-on then any version of Firefox will work with Orbit. I have used this with Firefox versions 6, 7, 8 and with the pre-release versions 9 and 11. You have to turn add-on compatibility checking OFF but this will allow Orbit to work. You get a Javascript error when you first run Firefox but all you have to do is press OK to get rid of this and Firefox then runs fine.

Tested okay with latest version of Firefox. As always - if it doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling.
