I would like to translate into Lao Language.... Anyone, could you please tell me how to do please?

Hello p_vily,
just go to the folder: "C:\Program Files\Orbitdownloader\language"
and copy and past the file "obeng.ini", then rename it from "copy of obeng.ini" to say "oblao.ini".
Then you can (basically) use any TEXT Editor to open and translate the file.
I would suggest you download Notepad++ (currently Version 5.4.5) which is free and very powerful.

On completion of the translation you upload / email it to the Orbit developers.
- Perhaps you even like it so much, that you want to translate the language file for Notepad++ into your language, too - after using it !! LOL
