I'm 16 and trying to shed some fat. I think I'm quite averaged and toned but I have a few pounds I want to shed. Currently I am at 130lbs but I want to lose around 15lbs of fat.
I exercise everday and eat pretty healthily, so I don't understand why I'm not losing any weight. I swim two hours a day and eat in small porportions, but not to the point of starving myself.I feel like my stomach fat and legs toned down but still, I'm not losing any weight, and sometimes I keep gaining pounds too.
