My anitvirus AVG free has had an update and I believe from that it has effected the getit feature of Orbit. When I click the getit button it displats the no URL found. My wife also has AVG ftree and after an update I loaded orbit on her computer but she has the same issues. Can anyone advise if they have the same problem and if so is there a fix for this. Any help would be great Cheers

I believe that I have the same problem. Since updating Orbit even though I did not select AVI for IE and Firefox it loaded anyway. I'm in the process of resetting everything back to before the update to see if the getit button comes back. Was not a happy camper when the update loaded the AVI onto my system specially when it was de-selected.

Update on the Getit Button Problem. I went through and deleted AVI, problem still continued. Next I removed Firefox version 14.01 and reloaded an old firefox version 3.6.18. The problem has been corrected, with the Getit button working just fine. Note I am currently running Orbit version 4.1.1.1. I will try to slowly surround serveral newer versions of Firefox to run with Orbit, but at this point it appears Firefox 14.01 will not allow Orbit to work correctly. Hope this is Help to all. If anyone is having problems with the Getit Button please let us know what version of Firefox you are running.
