Changing my homepage to http://search.orbitdownloader.com !!!
It's not acceptable, without option in installer to prevent it !!!

2 Bug
even I disable putting shortcuts on start/desktop etc... in the installation, Orbit still put them here...

You can disable it by uncheck "Set my Homepage to Orbitdownloader Start Page"

i have tested this all day and have found the following problems

1. if you set Orbit to dl files 1by1 and rename them in following as 1,2,3,4 or 01,02,03 the app seems to not line them up correctly and files will download
in following orders 1,3,4,2 or 01,04,02,04. i have try many was to fix this even by moving them up or down and that doesn't work either.

2. not a big deal but were it say time Left the counter doesn't move the way it did on V2.8.19 it stalls and changes every minute or so.

also can you please check out my post and let me know if theirs a fix for it and if you guys are able to fix

I am using orbit downloader 3.0 in windows XP. Now I am going to change OS of my PC and shift to windows 7. Is it orbit downloader compatible in windows 7?

Since version 3.0 came Orbit has been nothing but shit. * buggy and crash prone. And the download list queue order is totally * random. Plus during install * changes my homepage to their crap. WTF. I decided to upgrade to the 4.0 version from 2.8 to see if they have fixed the software but I guess not.

I have downloaded “Orbit3.0 Alpha Download" and not faced any problem downloading it. But I think it is not so helpful.

and hi petrovyoung, I agree with you to upgrade to the 4.0 version from 2.8..

1 bug = = is the orbit cant install with idm ?
Im using IDM , i forgot to uninstall idm before install the orbit = =
After that mah pc imediately ran slowly and i was installing winxp = =
