Top right Chrome click on the wrench symbol (tools)
Click on Options
Under The Hood - Click on Content Settings
Up pops a window called Features
Click on Plugins and then just to the right click on Disable Individual Plugins
up pops another window with all your chrome plugins
Disable OrbitDownloader
